Terms and Conditions
  1. The name of the Competition is John Ross House Competition
  2. The competition will run from 25 November 2013 to 31 January 2014. Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. The competition is open to all participants within the Republic of South Africa.
  4. No employees, directors, agents or consultants and their immediate family members directly connected to or in the employment of John Ross House or Roma Revolving Restaurant, its subsidiaries and business partners, associates, advertising or promotion agencies and staff members of the participating outlets may take part in the competition.
  5. Participants may only enter once.
  6. Participants are only eligible to win any of the prizes on offer in this promotion once.
  7. To enter the competition consumers must fill in the form on the John Ross House website – www.johnrosshouse.co.za
  8. The prizes are a dinner for 2 at the Roma Revolving Restaurant. The meal will include a starter, main and dessert for each person, and 1 bottle of champagne. Meals and beverage - total value of R700. Anything over and above this amount will be for the winners account.
  9. 5 Winners will be drawn – 1 winner for each week of the campaign.
  10. Winners will be contacted and verified by phone by FLOW68. Calls may be recorded for verification purposes.
  11. The judge’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Handover of prizes will be arranged when the winner is phoned and the address and time for the hand over is confirmed.
  13. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  14. JOHN ROSS HOUSE or their agents do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to goods or personal injury suffered as a result of participating or winning any prize, and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
  15. Winners consent to JOHN ROSS HOUSE and their authorised agents using their names for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant JOHN ROSS HOUSE permission to contact them in connection with this promotion and/or future marketing and promotion purposes.
  16. The competition closes on 31st January 2014 at 24h00.
